I was observing a nearby marsh late in the day just before sundown, when suddenly a mysterious fog
rolled in like a blanket covering part of the land mass. It was a magical moment that lasted about two minutes.
Luckily I had my camera on hand to capture the scene, which I went on to paint in my studio.
