Bright Lights, City Night

I endeavored to capture the reflections of bright evening lights in a damp urban setting where perhaps it is still raining. I used a dark toned UART board to begin and then used a combination of nupastel and a variety of softs to build the painting. I like soft senneliers for the brightest lights.
